Genesis V9.3c introduces new functionalities and improvements for product quality. The improvements include a new Sliver Repair DFM, a new version of *InLink, and improvements for the Orbotech DI and AOI Interfaces. Improvements are also included in the Graphic Editor and in several DFMs and Analysis Actions.

The Sliver Repair DFM is designed to handle various sliver problems. It is a combination of all existing sliver & peelable repair DFMs.

* The InLink Utility, enabling the Genesis 2000 users to retrieve CAM-related data from InPlanTM engineering system, enables now the transfer of panel design and drill tools table.
